Springs installed our new furnace and we’ve had them maintain it and clean our vents for the last 3 years, We’ve been fortunate enough to get the same person several times and everyone whose come out has been friendly and always explained everything thoroughly! The also have all been super kind to our dog ;). Highly recommend!
Springs Heating is a fantastic company. My AC broke over night and I placed a call to the office in the morning early. They answered and had a technician at my house by 8:30am on the first heat wave of the summer. Problem fixed and cost is extremely fair and professional. I am going to be using Springs for all my HVAC needs moving forward.
When my furnace quit working, Divina checked to see if they had the part that was required to repair it. I was promptly scheduled the next day to have the service completed, so that I could once again have heat. I was a new customer to Spring’s and I felt that the level of service that I received was excellent. The staff was very conscientious and efficient. I feel that customer service is a priority with this company.
Apr 29, 2024. I signed up for a service contract on my furnace and my A/C. Today Erwin came to do the A/C inspection. He was on time and did thorough job testing the A/C to make sure that is in working condition. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this company.
May 14, 2024. I contacted Spring’s regarding a humming noise coming from my furnace. Erwin came out the same day and changed the transformer on the furnace. This resolved my issue. Thank you so much for the prompt, efficient, same day service.

Have been extremely pleased to have chosen Spring’s for the purchase and installation of a new furnace (~1.5 years ago) and new air conditioner (~1 year ago). From the start of the whole process, starting with Dominic’s initial visit to determine our needs, to communicating with Divina and their office team, to the installation by their first-rate installers we are 100%+ satisfied with the service and support the Spring’s team has provided. Everybody at Spring’s has been responsive, extremely helpful, efficient and highly professional. After each of the separate installs (1 for furnace & 1 for AC) we signed up for the annual service contracts & the service which has come from them has been the same high quality/standards as the installs. Absolutely, without a doubt, would highly recommend Spring’s for all of your HVAC needs.
This was our second time using Spring’s for an AC install (two different homes) and I cannot recommend them enough. I was away on business and arrived home to discover I had no heat and of course very cold weather. I called several (better known) furnace companies before I contacted Spring’s who not only answered the call after hours but secured an appointment with me in a reasonable time. My technician Jon P arrived on time with a bright and very pleasant attitude. He went right to work, diagnosed the issue quickly and within minutes repaired and had me up and running. But Jon went above and beyond. He noticed my dehumidifier had been wired incorrectly without even asking, (my place is very dry and now I know why) and fixed it within minutes. He reviewed his own personal app and best way to use it. I had a few questions and he took his time, answered all of my questions, made some great suggestions that I will be taking. Such a pleasant experience and the repair cost was very reasonable for the service. Credit to Jon for his great service and Spring’s Servicing and Heating for a job well done. I highly recommend them for your heating, water heater or natural gas needs!
I’ve been using Springs for my furnace and hot water tank servicing for many years. I’ve had a few emergencies over the years, the most recent one this week with my hot water tank. I called Springs and they were very quick to respond. They sent technicians out within a couple of hours and were able to remove the old tank and install a new one in short order. Very impressed with their service. Thank you Springs!
