Spring’s Servicing & Heating was started by a husband and wife team, Stephen and Dorothy Spring. Stephen and Dorothy sold the company to Dominic and Divina Muto, another husband and wife team, in 1998.
Stephen showed Dominic the ropes of billing and performing services and introduced Dominic to the existing customers, while Dorothy trained Divina on phones and all the administrative end of the company. We still have an annual dinner with the Spring’s and keep them informed of the company’s ongoing growth and success, which they started in 1971.
Over the years, Stephen and Dorothy worked extremely hard to build a reputable, well-established company. Dominic and Divina have maintained that same high-quality service, carrying on the Spring’s torch.
It takes a lot of work to become a Carrier Authorized Dealer-from extensive training to keeping current industry licenses and insurance, to maintaining exemplary scores in customer service-we want the most qualified individuals helping you in your home.
The Spring’s Servicing & Heating installation team is an experienced group of Red Seal Ticketed Journeymen. With ongoing factory training, we are up-to-date with the latest HVAC technology. We do not subcontract our work and only hire qualified, ticketed journeymen as employees.
