I was fairly certain my old furnace was on its last legs. Dominic responded to my request for a quote immediately and came to my home a day later.
I had met with 2 other companies and Dominic gave me the lowest quote for a quality product.
He was very helpful and kind, and I didn’t feel the pressure I’d felt with the previous companies. I decided right then that I would go with him. He later recalled that he had looked after my parents in the past (many years ago) which I thought was remarkable and also indicative of someone who values his customers.
I had 3 gentlemen attend my home to clean the vents and install the new furnace and all three of them were professional, friendly, clean, conscientious and knowledgeable.
My home is now consistently warm and the new furnace is whisper quiet which is exactly what I had hoped for (my old one was so loud!)

Springs installed my AC unit 4 years ago. I chose them after being satisfied with a previous service call for my Carrier furnace. The entire experience was excellent from the owner Dominic coming over for the estimate to the well done thorough installation.
Since then, Springs has done all of my routine furnace and AC maintenance. Most recently I needed them for an emergency call. The technician John came over within hours on a Sunday evening and quickly troubleshooted, fixed the problem, and replaced the worn out inducer motor (which he had in his service van) for a fair price right there and then.
I will continue to hire Springs for HVAC. Further, I have recommended Springs to two friends who both used them for new AC units.
I met with the owner initially after having talked to 3 other companies. He was personable and his pricing seemed very reasonable. I called them on a Friday and I had a new furnace within a few days. They guys that came to install were courteous, professional and very tidy. You can tell they all care about their work and want to do a good job. I will definitely be calling them in the future for any furnace needs.
Very quick response to our call when we discovered our furnace wasn’t heating. We requested a 30 min heads up before their arrival, which they did. Our service technician Dave was so courteous and professional. He fixed our issue and also caught some issues that our home builder made. One of the best, if not the best, HVAC company in Calgary. They specialize in Carrier and were able to solve a complex problem with our furnace that was installed incorrectly by another contractor. Honest, dependable and reliable. What more can you ask for? I’ve highly recommended to many others.
