I met with the owner initially after having talked to 3 other companies. He was personable and his pricing seemed very reasonable. I called them on a Friday and I had a new furnace within a few days. They guys that came to install were courteous, professional and very tidy. You can tell they all care about their work and want to do a good job. I will definitely be calling them in the future for any furnace needs.
Very quick response to our call when we discovered our furnace wasn’t heating. We requested a 30 min heads up before their arrival, which they did. Our service technician Dave was so courteous and professional. He fixed our issue and also caught some issues that our home builder made. A few years ago Spring installed a new furnace , I couldn’t be happier with the product and the wonderful service.. they all were so patient explaining the different furnaces. Now my hot water heater started acting up (leaking) and I remembered what great service I got with the furnace. So in a bit of a panic I phoned Spring ,explained my problem and shortly after that two very nice service guys were here and started to work on replacing the tank. Taylor and Tylor were so pleasant they were a joy to have in my home. I can honestly say this like my furnace replacement was a five star + + + + + job experience. Thank you to Tylor and Taylor. Thanks for the professionalism. We had our new furnace installed. Quote process was easy, and very competitive. Installation came quickly and on time. The guys worked hard, and everything looks great. They stuck around at the end to show me everything and talk through the new system.
