Incredible service today. I had duct cleaning as well as a few other maintenance tasks completed by Springs. They were on time, very clean and polite, made sure everything was put back the way they found it and they worked very hard the whole time they were here. I have been using Springs for many years, whether for emergency call-out for heating or for routine maintenance or installation. I have not had a bad experience yet.
Spring’s Service & Heating did an awesome job for us. First, our 20+ air conditioner was leaking and not working. Spring was able to install a new one almost a month earlier than expected. They also serviced our furnace & cleaned our ducts. Very professional and on time. We are very happy knowing our core infrastructure has been taken care of for years to come. Thanks Spring!
Always get a quote from Springs Servicing & Heating. Best in class HVAC company and worthy of 7 stars. Remember, price is what you pay, value and quality is what you get. Springs Heating gives excellent value and great quality for a reasonable price. All HVAC equipment is similar. Quality of installation is the critical factor, to maximize equipment life and trouble free service. Paying a little extra can be a great investment. The lowest bid is often the most painful. Springs completed a complex HVAC project. They replaced 50% of the ducts in a very old house and sized my furnace for a future house expansion of 30%. My furnace runs at 50% capacity, low RPM, low noise, with static pressure of 0.3 to 0.4 inches water column. My HVAC will probably last 20 years. BRILLIANT OUTCOME. Springs staff were very professional and respectful to me and my property. Importantly, they practiced SAFETY FIRST. Brilliant Company, recommend you phone and ask for a quote.
I had the furnace, hot water heater and AC installed from Spring. Highly recommended! They did a phenomenal job!
Our furnace started having problems over the winter. Of the 3 quotes I got, Spring’s was the lowest quote. Some of the quotes was double the amount of others. I am so glad I found Spring’s service. There’s vultures out there! Spring was also the easiest to deal with. Our options were well laid out, and they didn’t try to upsell us. The team was very professional and got everything done on time and on budget. Their work is high quality and I haven’t seen any to nitpick at.
They also managed to run a conduit across the house for the AC without visible holes or patches in the drywall. I am very impressed!
We had a new Bradfrod White hot water heater installed today. The price ended up being the same as quoted and was fair and competitive. The 2 guys were very professional, much faster than I expected and not an easy load into a townhouse. I am very happy with the install and I will continue to use Spring’s for any service on my furnace and hot water heater in the future.

My furnace started to die on the coldest day this season (-34). To say I was crying is an understatement. The team was absolutely lovely. Very calming.
