Springs Heating gives excellent value and great quality for a reasonable price. All HVAC equipment is similar. Quality of installation is the critical factor, to maximize equipment life and trouble free service. Paying a little extra can be a great investment. The lowest bid is often the most painful. Springs completed a complex HVAC project. They replaced 50% of the ducts in a very old house and sized my furnace for a future house expansion of 30%. My furnace runs at 50% capacity, low RPM, low noise, with static pressure of 0.3 to 0.4 inches water column. My HVAC will probably last 20 years. BRILLIANT OUTCOME. Springs staff were very professional and respectful to me and my property. Importantly, they practiced SAFETY FIRST. Brilliant Company, recommend you phone and ask for a quote.
I had the furnace, hot water heater and AC installed from Spring. Highly recommended! They did a phenomenal job!
Our furnace started having problems over the winter. Of the 3 quotes I got, Spring’s was the lowest quote. Some of the quotes was double the amount of others. I am so glad I found Spring’s service. There’s vultures out there! Spring was also the easiest to deal with. Our options were well laid out, and they didn’t try to upsell us. The team was very professional and got everything done on time and on budget. Their work is high quality and I haven’t seen any to nitpick at.
They also managed to run a conduit across the house for the AC without visible holes or patches in the drywall. I am very impressed!
We had a new Bradfrod White hot water heater installed today. The price ended up being the same as quoted and was fair and competitive. The 2 guys were very professional, much faster than I expected and not an easy load into a townhouse. I am very happy with the install and I will continue to use Spring’s for any service on my furnace and hot water heater in the future.

I was fairly certain my old furnace was on its last legs. Dominic responded to my request for a quote immediately and came to my home a day later.
I had met with 2 other companies and Dominic gave me the lowest quote for a quality product.
He was very helpful and kind, and I didn’t feel the pressure I’d felt with the previous companies. I decided right then that I would go with him. He later recalled that he had looked after my parents in the past (many years ago) which I thought was remarkable and also indicative of someone who values his customers.
I had 3 gentlemen attend my home to clean the vents and install the new furnace and all three of them were professional, friendly, clean, conscientious and knowledgeable.
My home is now consistently warm and the new furnace is whisper quiet which is exactly what I had hoped for (my old one was so loud!)

Springs installed my AC unit 4 years ago. I chose them after being satisfied with a previous service call for my Carrier furnace. The entire experience was excellent from the owner Dominic coming over for the estimate to the well done thorough installation.
Since then, Springs has done all of my routine furnace and AC maintenance. Most recently I needed them for an emergency call. The technician John came over within hours on a Sunday evening and quickly troubleshooted, fixed the problem, and replaced the worn out inducer motor (which he had in his service van) for a fair price right there and then.
I will continue to hire Springs for HVAC. Further, I have recommended Springs to two friends who both used them for new AC units.
