A few years ago Spring installed a new furnace , I couldn’t be happier with the product and the wonderful service.. they all were so patient explaining the different furnaces. Now my hot water heater started acting up (leaking) and I remembered what great service I got with the furnace. So in a bit of a panic I phoned Spring ,explained my problem and shortly after that two very nice service guys were here and started to work on replacing the tank. Taylor and Tylor were so pleasant they were a joy to have in my home. I can honestly say this like my furnace replacement was a five star + + + + + job experience. Thank you to Tylor and Taylor. Jon Pagsanghan Came in today for my first service with this company as I also had my air conditioning installed by them. He was here on time super nice he went through the whole process with me and explained things to me in detail and gave me tips on getting the house ready for winter. We had Spring’s replace our AC, furnace, and hot water tank at one go and it was a terrific experience. After getting multiple quotes, we felt Spring’s was a great fit and did not push anything on to us or do a massive sales pitch. During installation, their team was efficient and completed everything in one day, plus worked through any challenges easily and kept us in the loop. We required them to come back for follow-up after the furnace inspection and the next day they had a team member double check and re-seal a component. They’ve been easy to communicate with, provided very fair pricing, and are very responsive.
My neighbour recommended Spring’s Servicing to check out my air conditioning. I called them to set up a service call. They were able to provide a technician for the next day. They called me about an hour before the technician arrived to let me know he was on his way. The technician, David, was very knowledgable and efficient. He explained what he was doing so that I could understand. The capacitor was faulty, and fortunately, he had a new one in his service truck and was able to replace it right away. He checked the air conditioning and confirmed that it was working properly. I would definitely give them a five star rating in all categories. Very impressive!
The Springs Heating team was a delight to work with! Ultimately we were fortunate to deal directly with the owners of the company, and they were amazing! Prompt, professional, and we definitely feel like we got the value we paid for (which is great!)
