We had Spring’s come out and replace our furnace. Dominic and his team were so helpful, they gave me a number of options and talked to me about the pros and cons of each. I didn’t know what a difference a new furnace would make in our home. I am beyond thankful for Spring’s.
We had Spring’s Servicing & Heating quote and install an Air Conditioner in our house back in April. The entire experience was excellent. Dominic came by and discussed the options, location of install and details with me. He was honest and provided great insight on a product and why he recommends it. The install team showed up a week after agreeing to the contract and they were extremely clean, polite and professional. The Spring’s team were great at explaining how everything worked and how to get the best performance out of the product as well as what to pay attention to for winterizing etc. I have already recommended Spring’s to various co-workers and friends. I will continue to recommend them after such a great experience and I am sure down the road when the time comes without question Spring’s will be the ones I choose for my furnace replacement. Huge recommendations for Spring’s Servicing & Heating, we recently installed our second A/C unit (new home) and the boys were courteous, thorough and meticulous with cabling. We also use them for Service (third year starting now) – they check the furnace, humidifier, change the filters. Davina and Dominic are fabulous to work for, I five FIVE stars!
We just had Spring Servicing and Heating install our new air conditioner. It was a great transaction from start to finish! To set up and have them arrive to do an estimate was three days from ask to quote. Dominic was extremely good at explaining our options and at no time was anything but positive about our options including those of his competitors. Once we decided to go with his company the appointment for install was set for three weeks time. They arrived when they said they would and did a completely professional install with their crew. Springs employees were really good at showing us what they were going to do and then kept us updated on their progress. They were very professional, polite and laid down mats and tarps to keep our house clean. Thank you so much. As seniors we were so comfortable with their friendliness and politeness. After receiving a referral from friends, we are so pleased to have hired Spring’s for the purchase and installation of an air conditioning unit for our home. From the initial call to schedule a quote, the furnace and duct cleaning, up to the install by their top-notch team, we are happy to highly recommend Spring’s for all HVAC services. Everyone at Spring’s was very knowledgeable, professional, and I also appreciate their attention to detail. When I called to accept the proposal and book the A/C install, I mentioned that I work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays and was happy to hear that they booked the City inspection on a Friday, which was very proactive on their part. Springs installed our new furnace and we’ve had them maintain it and clean our vents for the last 3 years, We’ve been fortunate enough to get the same person several times and everyone whose come out has been friendly and always explained everything thoroughly! The also have all been super kind to our dog ;). Highly recommend!
Springs Heating is a fantastic company. My AC broke over night and I placed a call to the office in the morning early. They answered and had a technician at my house by 8:30am on the first heat wave of the summer. Problem fixed and cost is extremely fair and professional. I am going to be using Springs for all my HVAC needs moving forward.
When my furnace quit working, Divina checked to see if they had the part that was required to repair it. I was promptly scheduled the next day to have the service completed, so that I could once again have heat. I was a new customer to Spring’s and I felt that the level of service that I received was excellent. The staff was very conscientious and efficient. I feel that customer service is a priority with this company.
Apr 29, 2024. I signed up for a service contract on my furnace and my A/C. Today Erwin came to do the A/C inspection. He was on time and did thorough job testing the A/C to make sure that is in working condition. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this company.
May 14, 2024. I contacted Spring’s regarding a humming noise coming from my furnace. Erwin came out the same day and changed the transformer on the furnace. This resolved my issue. Thank you so much for the prompt, efficient, same day service.
