We had an emergency issue with our furnace this week, one of the coldest days. From the time I called (first time) Divina was polite and did not waste time. She booked an appointment and sent out Irwin (i hope I have the correct name) He was professional, polite and did not waste any time. The overall bill was very fair. Going forward, we have booked yearly maintenance. Will have Spring look after our A/C’s this spring as well.

Very pleased with the fast service by Spring’s Service and Heating. This morning, I arranged to have my ducts cleaned by (Keith my Furnace Guy for those of you who know him) and in the process he discovered a nasty oil leak coming from the furnace’s blower motor. A quick call to Spring’s resulted in a quote over the phone and confirmation of a technician to come to my house by noon. David arrived at 11:15 am with all the necessary parts and capable knowledge in hand. He worked quickly, efficiently and had the new blower motor, capacitor, and bracket installed within an hour. These guys are good. Came on Christmas eve couple years ago price was good lot cheaper than some other companies. I had space heaters all over house it was like -30. Had parts in stock
